The General Terms and Conditions of Business and Use of the Website www.katjasrainbow.com (in the following: Katja’s rainbow, seller) have been assembled by following the Consumer Protection Act, Privacy protection law, (Zakon o varstvu potrošnikov (ZVPot), Zakon o varstvu osebnih podatkov (ZVOP-1)) and other prescribed laws that apply to our business. The terms apply to Katja’s rainbow, umetniško ustvarjanje, Katja Goličnik s.p. (in the following: Katja’s rainbow or seller), and the business relationships between users of the website www.katjasrainbow.com (in the following: users), and/or buyers of goods or services (in the following: buyers).

Katja’s rainbow website acts as an artist business portfolio, blog, and online shop for the sale of products such as original art, art prints, home decor, and clothing.

The provider assures to always provide the buyer with the following information:

Product reviews
The provider is not responsible for the content or reviews written by buyers. Before publication, we revisit reviews and reject those that contain obvious untruths, or are misleading or offensive. But the seller is not responsible for the information in the reviews and renounces any responsibility arising from the information in the reviews.
Purchase statuses
Queue order:
After placing the order, the customer receives an email notification that the order has been accepted into the queue. In this step, the customer has the option to cancel the order within one hour. Comprehensive information on the status and content of the order is always available to the buyer on the seller’s website.
Order confirmed:
If the customer does not cancel the order, the order goes into further processing when the provider reviews the order, checks the availability of the ordered items, and confirms the order or rejects it with a reason. Upon confirmation of the order, the provider notifies the buyer by email of the estimated delivery time.

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s home, get in touch with us at info@katjasrainbow.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
Item returns
It is considered that the purchase in the online store Katja’s rainbow is made through a distance contract.
According to the EU law buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement made remotely (online, by phone, by catalog,…)
in 14 days with a complete refund, not having to explain the reason for withdrawal.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@katjasrainbow.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.
We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Misuse of purchase

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 2 hours (the order must be canceled by email to: info@katjasrainbow.com) email must contain the order number and specify that you wish to cancel the order.
